Bayridge – Kingston
This is a big area of multiple subdivisions spanning Taylor Kidd Blvd. to the north, Bath Rd. to the south, Little Cataraqui Creek to the east and Collins Bay Rd. to the west.
These subdivisions are well established with diverse homes for sale of varying ages and styles. Some recent builds also populate the area if “move in” is on your bucket list. Bayridge gets its name from the hill it sits on overlooking Collins Bay. If you have ever gone for a run in here, you will quickly conclude it is all uphill! The majority of the homes were built during the 60’s to the 80’s. The rolling landscape and green spaces dot the area. Lake Ontario is minutes away with Collins Bay marina providing great dockage for boaters. Bella Bistro, a local hotspot is a located here and lures in residents with quality food and friendly service. With Taylor Kidd and Bath Rd. being main arteries in the city, commuting through town is easy so within minutes you can be at the Invista sportsplex, the cinemas, shopping or the waterfront. The prices of homes can vary greatly. There is everything from $450k price point to executive homes priced above $700k. There is always lots of market action on this side of Kingston. Many young families start out in Bayridge so don’t be surprised to see bikes on the lawns, basketball games in the driveways… old fashioned fun!
