Grenville Park — Aladin’s Cave
Grenville Park neighbourhood is located in Kingston central . The Park was developed in the mid 1940’s as a private subdivision. Today, this subdivision continues to bring together neighbours to make decisions and maintain their communal property. Nestled against the conservation lands surrounding the Rideau Trail along the Little Cataraqui Creek, this neighbourhood is a hidden gem. Privacy is the key word in this enclave. You would never know you are in the centre of the city with main thoroughfares running around you. This area feels like a gated community minus the gates. Residents share the parkland and tennis court which is owned in common by their association … big score for the outdoorsy house hunter. Houses don’t come on the market all that often on these streets so if one comes up, it is well worth your consideration. Take a tour around the neighbourhood and you will soon see why residents are reluctant to leave.
