Jim and I were just looking at styles of homes back in 2015. We could not buy at the time as we were doing up
Jim’s immigration paper work. As we passed this house with an open home sign out front we decided to take a look.
Peggy you met us at the door of what looked like from the outside a simple raised bungalow. We soon found out it was a seven bedroom warren that you guided us through expertly. During the showing we talked and laughed and Jim and I felt very comfortable. When you offered to send me through email some homes that were being sold in the area to look at so I could see different styles and pick out a few to look into i though that it was just a thing that all realtors did. But we touched base with each other over the years and I would tell you what I liked and was not so keen on. When the paper work was through and we were finally ready to find our home we knew that You would do the best for us.
Peggy you sent us some of the houses that were just going on the market and a few that had been on for a little while. There were some that I dismissed right off for one reason or another and some we lined up to take a walk through. But there was a little raised bungalow that I had not really paid much mind to but you felt really strongly that we should take a few minutes to look at.

We had the luck of meeting Peggy Cruickshank at the first open house we went to in Kingston. We were coming from out of town, and needed to understand the different neighbourhoods in the Kingston area. We immediately knew we could work closely with Peggy to find our dream home. Peggy’s patience with our search proved that she would not give up until we found the best house for our many requirements.
