“Working with Peggy was a great experience. From day one, Peggy’s dedication to selling our home shined through. She was attentive to our needs, extremely helpful and constantly communicated with us. Peggy went above and beyond to get the job done and helped to make selling our home a smooth and positive transition.”

If you ask me what my best quality is I think I would have say my determination. When I decide to do something, I go all in. There is no half measure with me. My mantra is “how I do anything is how I do everything”. I believe this will benefit my clients . I do not give up (sports background flashback!) But, I have also come to recognize that balance is an important aspect in life. School is never out. I continue to work on this.
Looking back at the careers I have tackled, from Immigration in the in the 80’s, teaching high school in the early 90’s and running a State Farm Insurance agency for over a decade (downtown Kingston & Gananoque), the common denominator has been helping people . I think we would agree that all jobs have their ups and downs – it is the people you work with that make the job worthwhile I have always felt very strongly about building relationships with my clients. At the end of the day, when I reflect on any of my careers, it is the people I remember and the friendships that I value.
Buying a house, moving to a new home or downsizing is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. It is unlike any other transaction – you are transitioning your entire life. Schools, surroundings, friendships and quality of life will all be impacted. It is a major decision and not to be taken lightly. I care about your experience in making this transition. This is why I have chosen a career in real estate. I want to help you change your life, not just your home. I recognize that there are many options available to people looking to buy or sell their properties these days. My goal is simple: to assist you every step of the way – All of the choices you make in the process will shape your life.
Me + You:
Buying or selling a house can be stressful – it shouldn’t be. When I work with you, we will have a process mapped out. We will discuss it in advance and I will communicate with you on all aspects of your purchase or sale. There will always be open dialogue and choices. If you are not happy, we will talk about it. No surprises, no gimmicks. I will communicate and do what I say I am going to do. And to be clear, real estate is my FULL TIME career. I’m “all in” because your largest financial transaction deserves that kind of attention.
It has been said “days are long, years are short.” Your home is the pivotal place in your life; it symbolizes family- a place where you can let your guard down and relax. If you choose to work with me, it would be my privilege to be able to assist you in this most significant aspect of your life.
“Peggy was an exceptional help in our hunt for our first home! We could always count on her quick replies and confirmations, and she went above and beyond to obtain all the details we were looking for (and then some). We also appreciated her patience and “no pressure” approach, and had a lot of fun through the process! When we found the right place, she supported us every step of the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer Peggy, and can’t wait to have her over for a barbeque to celebrate!”
